I am looking for information on the Scout Tracker badge, specifically when it began use in Canada. Does anyone have a 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930 POR that that could review for the Rule and advise me what year it started, Our Scoutalog catalogue has it starting in 1930 with the unbound ribbon badge, but a felt with "Boy Scouts" has surfaced and I want to establish if it was approved by the Canadian General Council before 1930.

Re: Scout Tracker badge
We have received info via Boy Scouts General Annual report of 1929-1930 that badges became available late in this period in Quebec & Ontario. Our assumption is that it began in Canada in 1930 and the first issues were ribbon, unbound. However the Tracker design has been found in earlier renditions of other British Empire countries.
